Gas safety check £120
Check on the gas system to ensure there are no leaks and appliances are running correctly. Gas regulator and pigtail checked to ensure they are performing as they should and in date.

Alde fluid change
Single axle £250
Twin axle £270
The heating fluid in an Alde system needs replacing over time to ensure maximum performance and smooth running of your system. It is recommended that blue fluid is replaced at 2 years old and pink fluid is replaced at 5 years old. We will use our specialist equipment to drain your current fluid and replace with quality 5 year fluid.

Damp test £90
We use specialist equipment to ensure there are no damp readings, doing this can capture damp early and prevent big costs later down the line. You will be provided with a report for you to keep.

Labour rate/Call out £70
This is our initial inspection fee to diagnose any faults. Cost of repairs will be quoted with a labour charge and parts.
